Return Conditions

How long can the product be returned?

We accept returns or exchanges through  30 days from the day you received the order.

Requirements for the returned item(s)

The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging, undamaged, unused, in the same package as the Buyer received it, without losing its appearance (the label in the shipping box intact). Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept the item(s) if it does not match the returned item (- ) of the specified requirements.

Are returns free?

Shipping costs for returning the product are covered by the customer. However, if you have received a damaged item(s) or an item that does not meet's description of the item's quality, please contact us immediately by email. by mail or by phone +370 687 73414.

How to return the product?

To initiate a return, please complete the return form in the store by logging into your account or entering the same email address that you used to order the product(s).

How long does it take to receive money for a returned product?

After receiving the returned product, we assess its condition within 3 working days. If the product meets the requirements for a returned product, the money is returned to the buyer by transfer to the specified bank account within 14 working days. Only the amount actually paid for the goods is refunded. 

What if I received a damaged item(s) or the wrong item(s) was sent?

We hope this will never happen, but if you receive a damaged item(s) or there is a manufacturing error, please contact us immediately via email or phone +370 687 73414.
