Purchase Rules

These UAB Arm Technology rules for the purchase/sale of goods presented below are a complete set of conditions that apply both to you the buyer (hereinafter the Buyer) and to the seller UAB Arm Technology (hereinafter the Seller).

1. General provisions

1.1. These rules for the purchase/sale of goods (hereinafter - the Rules) are a legal document binding on the Parties, which determine the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when the Buyer purchases goods from the Seller's e-mail address. in the store.
1.2. The seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement these rules at any time, taking into account the requirements set by legal acts. The Buyer is informed of any changes by the Seller,  e-mail. on the store's website. When the buyer purchases from the Seller, e-mail the store applies the Rules valid at the time of placing the order.
1.3. Buy e-mail the store has the right to:
1.3.1. Active natural persons, i.e. persons who have reached the age of majority and whose capacity is not limited by court order;
1.3.2. Minors between the ages of 14 and 18, only with the consent of their parents or guardians, except in cases where they can independently dispose of their income;
1.3.3. Legal entities;
1.3.4. Authorized representatives of all the above persons.
1.4. By approving the rules, the seller also guarantees that, based on the rules 1.3. point, the Buyer has the right to buy goods from the Seller's e-mail address. in the store.
1.5. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer sends the Seller's e-mail. after creating a shopping cart in the store, specifying the delivery address, choosing the payment method and familiarizing yourself with the Seller's rules, press the "Confirm order" button (see point 5. "Ordering goods, prices, payment procedure, deadlines").

1.6. Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the Seller's database and/or in paper format in accordance with the procedure established by the Seller.

2. Privacy policy and protection of personal data

2.1. Order goods at Seller's e-mail address. in the store, the Buyer can:
2.1.1. When registering with the Seller's e-mail in the store - by entering the data requested during registration;
2.1.2. Without registering in the Seller's e-mail in the store.
2.2. Buyer, when ordering goods 2.1. according to the methods provided for in the clause of the rules, in the relevant information fields provided by the Seller, the personal data of the Buyer necessary for the proper fulfillment of the goods order must be indicated: name, surname, exact delivery address of the goods, telephone number and e-mail address. postal address.
2.3. By approving these rules, the Buyer agrees that 2.2. The personal data of the Buyer provided in point would be processed by the Seller's e-mail for the sale of goods/services. in the store, for the purposes of analyzing the Seller's activity.
2.4. By agreeing to the Buyer's personal data being processed in the Seller's e-mail for the sale of goods/services. store, the Buyer also agrees that the e-mail specified by the Buyer e-mail address and phone number would be sent informational messages necessary to fulfill the order of goods.
2.5. The buyer, registering at the Seller's e-mail in the store and when ordering goods, undertakes to store and not disclose login data to anyone.
2.6. The buyer agrees that the personal data that he voluntarily provides in the registration form will be processed based on these rules.
2.7. The buyer has the right to access his personal data and the right to demand correction of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data, blocking or deletion by writing an e-mail. by email info@armtechnology.eu or by calling +370 687 73414. In this case, the Seller undertakes to implement the buyer's request within 2 working days at the latest.
2.8. The buyer has the right to receive information from which sources and which personal data are collected, for what purpose they are processed, to which recipients the data is provided and has been provided for at least the last one year.
2.9. The Buyer has the right to demand correction, destruction of his (Buyer's) personal data or suspension, with the exception of storage, of his (Buyer's) inappropriate personal data processing actions, when the data is processed in violation of the provisions of the law. 
2.10. The Data Controller recognizes and respects the Seller of every Buyer who registers in the online storewww.armtechnology.eu, the right to privacy. The Data Controller collects and uses the Buyer's personal data (name or surname, address, phone number, e-mail address and other information specified in the registration form of the online store) for the processing of orders for goods or services or the fulfillment of other assumed contractual obligations. When placing an order or registering, the buyer agrees to the rules for buying and selling goods, which 2.3. point states that by approving these rules, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided by the Buyer will be processed by the Seller's e-mail address for the sale of goods and services. in the store, for the purposes of analyzing the Seller's activity. 2.11. The Data Controller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, with the exception of the Data Controller's partners providing goods delivery or other services related to the proper fulfillment of the Buyer's order. In all other cases, the Buyer's personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure provided by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.12. Personal data is processed using secure means that protect this data from unauthorized destruction, disclosure or other illegal actions.
2.13. The data of individuals who have agreed to have their data used for direct marketing purposes are stored in an active database and used for 2 years for direct marketing purposes. Buyer data is stored for 2 years from the last purchase. After this term, customer data is (automatically) destroyed. Automatic destruction of personal data is supervised by a responsible person.

3. Buyer's rights and obligations

3.1. The buyer has the right to buy goods from the Seller's e-mail address. in the store of these Rules and other articles of this e-mail according to the procedure specified in the store information sections.
3.2. The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase/sale contract with the Seller's e-mail address. in the store, notifying the Seller about it, following the instructions in accordance with the provisions of point 8 of these rules - return of goods and money, no later than within 14 (fourteen) working days after the goods  the day of delivery, except in cases where the contract cannot be canceled according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania (information on the website of VšĮ "Vartotojų centras"  https://www.vvtat.lt/, "Peculiarities of return and exchange of non-food products", point 18.).
3.3. 3.2 of the rules. The Buyer can exercise the right provided for in paragraph 1 only if the product has not been damaged or its appearance has not fundamentally changed, nor has it been used.
3.4. The buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed price for them.
3.5. If the data provided in the Buyer's registration form changes, the Buyer must update them immediately.
3.6. The buyer undertakes not to transfer his login data to third parties. If the Buyer loses his login data, he must immediately inform the Seller about this via the means of communication specified in the "Contacts" section (telephone/e-mail).
3.7. The buyer, using UAB Arm Technology e-mail store, agrees with these purchase and sale Rules and undertakes to comply with them and not to violate the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Seller's rights and obligations

4.1. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the Seller's e-mail address. services provided by the store.
4.2. If the Buyer tries to harm the Seller's email for the stability and security of the store's work or violates its obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning limit or suspend the Buyer's ability to use e-mail. store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's privacy right to the Buyer's personal information specified in the Seller's e-mail. in the store registration form.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.

5. Ordering goods, prices, payment procedure and deadlines.

5.1. Seller's email In the store, the Buyer can buy 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless this email the store is unavailable due to technical work.
5.2. The contract comes into force from the moment when the Buyer clicks the "Confirm order" button, and after receiving the order, the Seller confirms it by sending a confirmation letter to the Buyer to the e-mail specified by the Buyer. by post
5.3. Product prices Seller's e-mail in the store and in the formed order are indicated in euros, including VAT.
5.4. The buyer pays for the goods in one of the following ways:
5.4.1. Payment with a pre-formed template, bank transfer through a secure payment system - by choosing one of the logos of the bank you use in the payment window, you will pay without entering any additional data. By choosing such a link, the Buyer is redirected to the bank system he uses, where he only needs to log in and confirm the payment, according to the final payment amount formed in the order, for the selected goods. The order form is filled out automatically, and in this case, the Seller is informed about the successful payment immediately, regardless of the e-mail used. banking system and/or time of day. In this way, speeding up the time of preparation, dispatch and receipt of goods.
5.4.2. Payment via Paypal system.
5.5. The Seller issues an electronic version of the invoice to the Buyer, which is sent to the Buyer's specified e-mail address. sent by mail no later than within 2 working days. The final invoice is issued after payment. The paper version of such an invoice is transferred to the Buyer together with the goods, the electronic version is sent to the e-mail specified by the Buyer. by post

6. Delivery of goods

6.1. The goods are delivered throughout Europe.
6.2. A buyer whose payment for products exceeds €30 has the right to free delivery of goods in Lithuania to the address specified by him.
6.3. The buyer, who has chosen the delivery service by courier during the order, undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
6.4. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
6.5. The goods are delivered by the delivery service to the address specified in the Buyer's order information, or to the nearest selected post office according to the address specified in the Buyer's order.
​6.6. Shipments to Buyers are delivered on working days.
​6.6.1. At the Buyer's request, in order to receive the goods urgently, the Buyer can contact the Seller and discuss additional delivery methods. For an additional fee, the goods can be delivered by the Seller himself, by bus delivery services, etc. In order to receive the goods in other ways, the Buyer has an e-mail address. contact the Seller by mail at:info@armtechnology.eu.
6.7. It is not possible to specify the specific time when the order will be delivered to the courier (except in cases where the Buyer makes an additional agreement with the Seller regarding delivery in accordance with Clause 6.6.1 of these rules).
6.8. The shortest delivery time is 2-3 days.
6.9. The seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the buyer on the territory of Lithuania within 7 working days. These terms are preliminary and do not apply in cases where the Seller does not have the necessary goods in stock and the Buyer is informed of the shortage of the ordered goods. At the same time, the Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of the goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control. In this case, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and coordinate the terms of delivery of the goods.
6.9.1. The goods in the Seller's warehouse are delivered to the Buyer within three working days throughout the territory of Lithuania after the payment of the order. This is valid if the order is placed before 15:00, when the goods are delivered from the warehouse to the courier service. Orders made after this deadline are treated as orders placed on the next business day. After the goods have been successfully shipped, the Buyer is informed by an automatic message to the e-mail specified by the Buyer. by mail or text messages. Goods are delivered within three working days only under the following conditions:
6.9.1.1. The order is placed before 15:00 on working days and is paid immediately by bank transfer through the payment system (or by direct bank transfer, if agreed with the Seller);
6.9.1.2. The ordered goods are in the Seller's warehouse, in any other case, the usual rules for the delivery of goods apply;
6.9.2. If the order is placed before 15:00 on working days, but the payment is made later with the help of a bank transfer or direct payment system, the dispatch of the order is moved to the next working day, and the delivery deadline is postponed by two working days.
6.9.3. Any payment made for an order after 3:00 p.m., on business days, or at any time outside of business days, postpones the order's shipping deadline to the next business day.
6.10. When the goods are delivered to foreign countries, the delivery may take about 8 - 15 working days.
6.11. If the product is delivered according to an individual order, individually agreed delivery terms apply, but the maximum delivery time does not exceed 5 - 6 weeks. Delivery times for individual products may vary. The preliminary deadline is indicated in the shopping cart.
6.12. The ordered goods are always delivered in one shipment, and the Buyer is informed individually about the delivery times of different goods. Several ordered goods can be delivered in separate shipments according to the customer's request for an additional standard delivery fee in accordance with Clause 6 of these rules.
6.13. In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for the violation of the terms of delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the Buyer's own fault or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
6.14. During the delivery of the goods, the Buyer must check the external condition of the package with the presence of the courier. Upon noticing even the slightest damage to the shipment, it is necessary to write down notes about the damage to the shipment or refuse to accept the shipment.
6.15. After receiving the package and signing the package transfer document without comments, it is considered that the package has been transferred in good quality, and in this case, claims for external damage to the product will no longer be accepted. In any case, the product warranty obligations remain valid.
6.16. In all cases, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is delivered in damaged packaging, if the shipment contains unordered goods or the wrong amount of them, or if the goods are incomplete.
6.17. In all cases, if the buyer notices any damage to the package during delivery, he must indicate the comments in the package delivery document provided by the courier or draw up a separate document regarding these violations. The Buyer must do this in the presence of the courier. If such actions are not taken, the Seller is exempted from liability against the Buyer for product damage related to packaging damage, which the Buyer did not note in the delivery document of the courier.
6.18. When delivering goods to the Curonian Spit, an additional fee applies without exception. 

7. Product quality and guarantees, warranty service

7.1. Each Seller's e-mail The details of the product sold in the store are generally indicated in the description of each product. 
7.2. The seller is not responsible for the fact that e-mail the color, shape or other parameters of the goods in the store may not correspond to the real size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the display (monitor) used by the Buyer.
7.3. The seller provides the goods with a quality guarantee valid for a certain period of time, the specific term and other conditions of which are specified in the product descriptions.
7.4. If the product is of poor quality, the Buyer can return or exchange the product within 14 calendar days from the day of purchase (receiving the product) in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 8 of these rules.

8. Return and exchange of goods and/or money

8.1. If the Buyer wishes to cancel an order for which the goods have not yet been received, or to refuse certain item(s) from an outstanding but paid order and receive a refund, the Buyer must contact the Seller by e-mailinfo@armtechnology.eu. In other cases of returning goods, the Buyer must follow the following rules:
8.2. Defects of the sold goods are removed, low-quality goods are replaced, returned in accordance with the 2001 order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania. June 29 by order no. 217 "Regarding the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items" approved rules for the return and exchange of items, except for cases where the contract cannot be canceled according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania (when the contract is concluded for the sale of hygiene goods - bed linen; more information on the website of VšĮ "Vartotojų centras" https://www.vvtat.lt/, "Peculiarities of return and exchange of non-food products" in item 18.). In all cases, money for returned goods is transferred only to the payer's bank account.
8.3. In order to return the product(s) based on the Rules 8.2. point, the Buyer can do this within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer by filling out the goods return form. The Buyer fills out this form by e-mail. in the storewww.armtechnology.eu.
8.3.1. If you want to fill out the goods return form in a free form and send it to the Seller by e-mail by postinfo@armtechnology.eu, then the Buyer must provide real and valid data in this form. If such data is not specified, the form is not filled in or signed, the Seller has the right not to accept or satisfy the claim. The Buyer must send the properly completed goods return form to the Seller by e-mail. by postinfo@armtechnology.eu and wait for the Seller's representative to contact you (by the 2nd). In the subject of the e-mail, it is necessary to indicate "Return of goods" and your four-digit order number, for example: Return of goods 1234. The order number is provided on the invoice and in e-mails related to the order. in letters, short messages.
8.3.2. Money is returned to the bank account no later than within 15 working days, this term is calculated from the day the goods are returned to the Seller's warehouse.
8.3.3. Return and/or exchange of defective goods is free of charge. The return of quality goods is carried out at the expense of the Buyer. Shipping of returned goods is organized by the Buyer himself. The condition of the returned goods is checked by UAB Arm Technology representatives, if the returned goods are of good quality, the delivery fee is deducted from the returned amount. 
8.3.4. The buyer undertakes to properly and safely pack the transported goods. The Seller is not responsible for damage caused during transportation of improperly packed returned goods.
8.4. When returning goods to the buyer, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:
8.4.1. The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging;
8.4.2. The product must be undamaged;
8.4.3. The product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective product);
8.4.4. The returned product must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received it;
8.4.5. When returning the product, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase.
8.5. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with 8.3. the procedures for returning goods set out in point
8.6. When the buyer returns the wrong product and/or low-quality product, the Seller undertakes to take back such products and replace them with similar suitable products.
8.7. In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the amount paid will be returned to the Buyer within 14 working days, excluding the cost of delivery.
8.8. The seller has the right to unilaterally deduct the amount of the additional discount from the amount returned to the customer, if the customer used the additional discount of the offer and later canceled (returned) at least one quality product from the offer to which the discount was applied.
8.9. In the event that the reason for returning the goods is the wrong quality of the goods, the Seller undertakes to replace the goods of wrong quality with goods of suitable quality at his own expense or to return the money paid for the goods. Goods of unsuitable quality are exchanged or returned in accordance with the "Rules for returning and exchanging goods", approved by Order No. 21 of the Minister of Economy of June 29, 2001
8.10. The Buyer is provided with a warranty in accordance with the law, according to which the Seller is responsible for defects in the Product that become apparent within two years from the delivery of the Product.
8.11. IMPORTANT! The procedure for returning goods does not apply: For legal entities, for goods that have been damaged by the Buyer, for goods that do not meet the return standards listed above (damaged merchandise appearance, with signs of use, wear), for goods to be returned after the 14-day return period, an exception applies to goods that do not meet the return requirements, but of poor quality.

9. Liability of the Buyer and the Seller

9.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the correctness of the personal data provided by the Buyer. If the Buyer does not provide accurate personal data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the resulting consequences and acquires the right to demand compensation for the direct losses suffered by the Buyer.
9.2. The Buyer is responsible for the actions performed using the Seller's e-mail. in the store.
9.3. After registering, the Buyer is responsible for transferring his login data to third parties. If the Seller's email the services provided by the store are used by a third person who is connected to this e-mail. store using the Buyer's login data, the Seller considers this person to be the Buyer and all responsibility in this case falls to the Buyer.
9.4. The Seller is released from any responsibility in cases where losses arise because the Buyer, regardless of the Seller's recommendations and the Buyer's obligations, did not familiarize himself with these Rules, although he was given such an opportunity.
9.5. If the Seller's email the store contains links to the e-mail addresses of other companies, institutions, organizations or individuals. websites, the Seller is not responsible for the information or the activities carried out there, does not supervise or control those websites and does not represent those companies and individuals.
9.6. In the event of damage, the guilty Party compensates the other Party for direct losses.

10. Marketing and Information

10.1. The Seller may, at its discretion, initiate an e-mail. various promotions in the store.
10.2. The seller has the right unilaterally, without separate notice, to change the conditions of the shares, as well as to cancel them. Any change or cancellation of the terms and conditions of the shares is valid only going forward, i.e. from the moment of their publication or from the specific date of publication.
10.3. The Seller sends all messages using the means of communication specified in the Buyer's registration form.
10.4. The Buyer sends all messages and questions to the Seller's e-mail. by phone or e-mail specified in the "Contact" section of the store email addresses.
10.5. The Seller is not responsible if the Buyer does not receive information or confirmation messages sent due to disruptions in the Internet connection, e-mail service providers' networks.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. These Rules for the purchase/sale of goods are drawn up in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
